1. Power must be within 100ft of the setup. If it is further, you may be risking the inflatable not being as ‘inflated’ as it should. If power will be more than 100ft away we have generators available for rent.
2. DO NOT move the inflatable at any point after it has been setup.
3. If renting a waterslide or an inflatable that can be used wet, you must provide a water hose that reaches the inflatable, we usually have a hose attached to the units but those are usually only 10-20ft long.
4. PLEASE do not allow more than two people on a slide at a time. If it is a dual lane slide, two can go down together, and one can go up the stairs at a time. The more weight there is on the slide, the more likelihood it will cave/not be as inflated as it should be. Only one person can slide down at a time.
5. PLEASE do not allow more than 6 people or about 800lbs total in a standard bounce house at a time. The inflatable may become ‘soft’ and not have enough air in it due to the weight capacity being succeeded.
6. ALWAYS reach out if you have any questions or concerns on any of our units. We are happy to help!
7. NEVER allow food, drinks, candy, gum, silly string, or any other foreign object in the inflatable.
8. NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES are you permitted to the use any sort of soap, baby oil, or other substances to make the slide ‘faster’! Not only is this a safety hazard but it will also damage the inflatable! This is considered INTENTIONAL damage and will be subject to a repair fee.
Were based in Marysville, we will deliver just about anywhere and offer the first 10miles free! After 10miles we do have a per mile charge, you can get a quote including delivery fee on here or you can always reach out for further questions.
Yes, in order to reserve your rental we need a signed contract and $50 deposit.
Remaining balances are due day before your event by 3pm unless paying with cash upon arrival. Please let us know if you will be paying cash otherwise your card will be charged for remaining balance the day before your event, we will reach out with any problems.
The “Start Time” is the latest well have your rental equipment setup by. We begin our deliveries at 7am and depending on route is when we setup, youll receive a text with setup window a few days before your event.
The “End TIme” on your event is the time you are guaranteed the equipment until. Our latest pickup time is 7pm due to how dark it can get and safety of our crew. Any event that ends after 7pm will have to be booked with the overnight price and picked up the following day. If your a school, church or corporate event please reach out for assistance with late pickup options.
We understand life happens or sometimes our PNW weather can be unpredictable. You can reschedule your rental up until the day before your event by 3pm. For cancelations we do ask for 7 day notice for refund minus a 3% processing fee.
If canceling less than 7 days before event your $50 can be used for a future event up to a year.
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what inflatables can be used wet. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if setup will be further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Due to safety and our insurance we cannot allow pickups for any of our inflatables. We need to make sure everything is setup in a safe manner. Our prices already include delivery and setup.
